As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team and help drive strategic growth through property sourcing and acquisitions.
Position Overview
The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing real estate investment opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and investors.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing acquisition projects from initial sourcing through closing.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and mixed-use property acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, developers, and investors.
- Generate off-market and on-market acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections and preliminary evaluations.
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze local and regional real estate markets.
- Evaluate market trends, property values, rental rates, and investment potential.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
- Prepare acquisition reports and investment recommendations.
Due Diligence
- Coordinate property due diligence processes.
- Review property documents, titles, surveys, leases, zoning regulations, and legal records.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management teams.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Lead negotiations with sellers, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare letters of intent (LOIs) and purchase agreements.
- Structure transactions to maximize investment returns.
- Assist in contract execution and closing processes.
Portfolio Growth
- Support the company's acquisition targets and investment goals.
- Monitor acquisition pipelines and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of potential and active deals.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the real estate industry.
- Attend industry networking events, conferences, and meetings when required.
- Represent ZahoProperties professionally in all business interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, property investment, business development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and investment principles.
- Experience conducting financial analysis and property valuation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Real Estate, Finance, or Property Management.
- Experience with CRM systems and property management software.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience working with international property markets.
- Existing industry network and professional contacts.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Annual Pay Range
$101,000—$127,000 USD
