We are seeking a highly motivated Private Client Advisor to build and maintain relationships with investors, property buyers, and high-net-worth clients while providing personalized real estate guidance and investment solutions.


Position Overview

The Private Client Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to clients seeking real estate investment opportunities and premium property solutions. This role focuses on relationship management, investment consulting, client acquisition, and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the investment journey.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client investment objectives and financial goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.

Investment Advisory

  • Present suitable real estate investment opportunities.
  • Educate clients on market trends and investment strategies.
  • Provide guidance on property acquisition decisions.
  • Assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities.

Business Development

  • Identify and engage new client prospects.
  • Generate referrals and business opportunities.
  • Expand the company's network of investors and partners.
  • Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Market Research

  • Monitor real estate market conditions and trends.
  • Analyze investment opportunities and market performance.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry developments.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs.
  • Provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions, sales, and management teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client advisory, relationship management, real estate, wealth management, financial services, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

United States Annual Pay Range

$95,000—$135,000 USD
