Our Walnut Park project includes Sixty-four (64) units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms for individuals and families. Sixty-two (62) apartments will be income-restricted, of which 31 will be reserved for households suffering from homelessness (earning at or below 30% AMI) and the remaining 31 apartments will be set aside for low-income households (earning at or below 40-50% AMI). Amenities will include community spaces, onsite laundry, and open spaces.
