The space
The main home features calming Japanese-inspired architecture with updated modern finishes, professionally curated furnishings, heated tile floors, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. Large windows and gathering spaces throughout the home showcase sweeping river views. Guests will love the separate game house- a fun and comfortable extension of the property that serves the perfect place to gather after a day on the water. The game house includes: pool table, ping pong table, dining table combo, beverage fridge, bar area, TV and comfortable lounge seating.
Outside the property offers multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the waterfront setting, including a private sandy beach, outdoor picnic area, outdoor games, and peaceful areas ideal for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the views.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the home, outdoor living areas, game house, and private sandy beach during their stay. Easy self check-in is provided with a smart lock and a unique code issued prior to arrival. Plenty of parking is available onsite.

Other things to note
Waterfront living means guests may encounter occasional insects, wildlife, or changing weather conditions common to the Chesapeake Bay Area.
Please supervise children closely near the water, on the dock and at the beach areas at all times.
Kayaks are provided for guest enjoyment; use is at guests’ own risk and weather/water conditions should always be considered. You should bring life jackets with you to ensure a proper fit. Some life jackets are provided but it is recommended to bring your own.
Outdoor spaces, beach conditions, and water depth may vary depending on tides, wind, and seasonal conditions.
Quiet hours and respectful behavior are appreciated to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and community.
We recommend bringing groceries and personal items prior to arrival, as larger chain stores are a bit of a drive. There is a local grocery store just a few minutes away from the home.
